FAMS Instructions

Now you can access your monthly statements online. Here you can review and print your statements for the current month as well as prior months. Your account sponsor will need to set up access rights though FAMS.

In order to set up the access rights in FAMS, have your account sponsor go to http://fams.ou.edu and login.

To Edit a Current Proxy:
1) Click on Department Proxies
2) Click on Edit for your existing proxies
3) Check the box for Fleet Services Reports
4) Click on the Update Proxy and Go Back to List button

To Add a New Proxy:
1) Click on Department Proxies
2) Under the Dept Number, you can select All or multiple accounts to tie to the end user
3) Put in emplid (6-digit number) or click the Lookup button to search for an emplid
4) Check the box for Fleet Services Reports
5) Click on the Add Proxy button
